UPSA-SA

UPSA was established in 2002 in Washington, USA.  UPSA is a non-profit organisation created by sales professionals for sales professionals. 

UPSA-SA works to advance the profession of sales and improve the global business climate by creating and managing an ethical code, establishing standards of entry to the sales profession, and providing a guide to the body of knowledge.

A brief history of UPSA is listed below:

2002 

UPSA was established as a non-profit 501(c)6 trade association headquartered in Washington, USA.

2004

UPSA releases the first version of the Compendium of Professional Selling (CoPS) - receives excellent reviews from industry commentators

2006

UPSA-SA established as the Southern African chapter of UPSA International.

2009

UPSA-SA hosts our 3rd annual sales conference.  Attended by over 100 sales leaders and professionals.  International and leading local speakers and workshop facilitators.

2010

UPSA-SA grows to over 1000 members?

UPSA-SA launches in Cape Town.

UPSA-SA hosts a 2-day Sales Conference that stuns the local market !
